TQ Group is a specialist communications company that develops content production and marketing work for leading South African firms.

TQ Group was committed to driving transformation and producing a meaningful social impact. However, their transformation strategy was hampered by several organisational challenges.

Solution
OPERATIONAL ENHANCEMENT
BEE123 started working with TQ Group in 2015. We started with a careful assessment of the company’s Transformation capacity, systems, and objectives.
To address the lack of monitoring, we helped establish monitoring capacity and processes. Together, we established a Monitoring Team and initiated a monthly monitoring process.
To measure progress, and ensure strategic goals were effectively aligned, Quarterly Reviews were set up, which were chaired by BEE123. The reviews enabled us to provide high-level strategic guidance, benchmark success and ensure the company continued to follow Compliance best practices.

In partnership with BEE123, TQ Group made rapid, highly impressive progress, advancing from Level 4 to Level 1 within a period of 2 years.
Successfully implementing a YES initiative was instrumental in helping the organisation achieve Levell.
